Thank You Santa!!!
I saw this dress a while ago and LOVED the way the pleat accentuated... ahem... the "girls"
I decided to recommend it on thisnext.com and think about it, hoping it would eventually go on sale. The problem is that Bailey 44 isn't as huge as other contemporary designers, so online stock was/is to say the least... limited.
As I was browsing through a friend's photos on facebook, I noticed one of the girls in her pictures was wearing this dress. It looked amazing... so I went on google and typed it in. I browsed through many many sites and eventually found the dress for $100. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I bought it on the spot. Though I might need to see a seamstress about shortening the straps, it looks absolutely fabulous and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
when you can have them turned into an amazing gown?
Angela Johnson is an up and coming designer with amazing talent. I have donated a bajillion t-shirts to charity that I now wish I had kept. She can make party dresses, corsets, ball gowns, skirts, etc.
If you're not quite sold, she can custom design almost anythingn for you. I just saw a totally indie/hippie wedding dress that she did. And for everything that I've seen, I must say it is all reasonable priced.
ok this is possibly the most amazing sandal EVER!
So every wish you had one pair of sandals that matched every single outfit? A sandal that can be casual and high fashion? A sandal you can wear as a bridesmaid or as a party girl? A sandal that shows off your creativity?
Well I can't believe my (and now your) luck!

Photography is my favorite kind of art. When I took a photography course in high school, I focused on black and white, taking pictures of people.
I wanted to create a story, and I think I captured a fantastic shot of 2 friends who were dating each other at the time. They shared a milkshake and stared into each other's eyes while sipping it. I never took quite as good a picture again.
I wish I had the eye for photography, but I think I'm more the lucky shot type. Jennifer Squires on the other hand can capture quite the moment. I am impressed with her prints that I saw on her etsy site.
This Three Times a Lady print actually captured my eye with its beauty and my mind with the clever title. I might have to order it as soon as I can figure out where to hang it.

I've got yellow fever this spring. I am so excited for all the bright and bold colors for this season... but nothing beats all the YELLOW!
